I love this series very much. I like how we still get see hear from Nicole and Red as well Danielle and Kane. I am not a fan at all of the way that Hunter is treating her. I do get the whole BDSM thing and the contract however he just isn't nice. YOu catch glimpses of him truly caring for her but it isn't enough for me for how it is a majority of the time. Again I do understand how she needs to submit as a sub but she needs to respect herself and he also needs to respect her. Again I just dont see it. Maybe I am the only one that sees it this way. Something has to change. She cant ask him anything he tells her what to do at the drop of a hat no EXCEPTIONS or he is done. One can only take so much. I know we do what we think we need to for love. Kallie needs to put on her big girl panties and show him what he will be missing. She needs to let him go. He needs to heal and grow so they can be amazing together.Again it bares repeating I do adore this series I can never wait until the next book comes out. I wait on pins and needles but this book left me not caring if the next one came out or not. I want that to change. Kelly Favor is an incredible writer that I adore. I would also like the books to be longer.

I started reading the series and of course I'm hooked. They have great story lines, intervene & mystery, and of course, the sec scenes are awesome! I can't wait for book #9, I have a love/hats relationship with series and if this one was not so great, maybe I could put it down, but unfortunately I can't! Book 9 come on!
I have read all these, have sat on pins and needles, from start to finish.
And love love love them, the story line is fantastic.
The sex is awesome.
Then the surprises, the joining of 2 hearts that is the soul of the story is breath taking!
A Must Must Must read if you have a big heart and open mind.

Hunter with his ups and downs are driving me nuts. I want to smack Kallie and tell her to leave his crazy self alone. Why would any woman allow themselves to be treated this badly? I guess ill find out in book 9.
So I have read this whole series. The first few books were okay and then things got better and now it is on fire. I love Nicole and Red and seeing how they have come so far and the love they have. And I love the new character Kallie and her love interest Hunter. Hunter is my kind of man. He reminds me of a certain other control freak that is into BDSM and has many secrets. He is so hot. If you are looking for something to read after fifty this is the series you want. Loving it. Cannot wait for the next book!!!
First book I thought yeh it's ok, 2nd not bad 3rd I was addicted. Loved them all and could not put them down till I finished a book a day. Loved the story line the plot, always something happening to make you read on and not be able to put it down. The erotic parts vey tasteful. Someone commented it was like fifty shades? Sure aren't all the bdsm style books. The difference these books have from the others is the story line is constantly exciting and you can't wait till read what's next. Loved the characters didn't feel like choking any of them cause they annoyed the hell out of me at times like they did in fifty shades or bared to you. Love Nichole and kallie though ok kallies character does need to boost her esteem a bit, and leave hunter to the curb, just who does he think is????? I can't wait till book 9 comes out, I'm dieing here!!!
I will admit that when the character shift from Red and Nicole happened I was nervous about whether or not I would enjoy this series still. I love Red and Nicole and most of all I love how their relationship grew into something that everyone can relate to.
Kallie and Hunter are surprising me a great deal and I will continue to read this series. Especially because Kelly does a GREAT job in leaving you hanging and begging for more.
For those of you that enjoy this series, Kelly has been hard to find on Twitter, Facebook and other outlets of social media to be able to keep up with the new books coming out. However, with that being said, I suspect that Book #9 will be out on or around Friday 9/28 and I look forward to purchasing it.
