I hadn't read Janet Dailey for years . And I have read more than 40 of her books when she was writing one for each state. This was a good read about a blind girl who was a gifted artist who becomes blind and is given an ivory cane by the other main character in the story. It has a different ending which made the story.Product details

Loved it!
Dated and boring!
The ending was predictable but leading to it was 👍 good. Bay for being a strong man, gave up too easily.
A good fast read. Like all romance novels it takes you into a world inhabited by romantic people. Loving a blind person is interesting.
Liked it. A cute love story. Sometimes its hard to overcome your insecurities and believe that someone actually loves you for you, which is very relatable.
This story is mainly the heroine's view in third person POV, not the hero. It's nice to know who the heroine is, what she's experiencing and feeling, and trying to overcome her insecurities. But it would've been nice to have the POV of the hero too, instead of her explaining that he's this and that from the way he talks and acts.
This is a good love story but it takes awhile to get interested in it. The main person that the book is about is a strong person who is adjusting to a devastating disability and is relearning social skills. She’s been isolated by choice too long!
I hadn't read any of Ms Dailey' s books in a long time but the offer came from Book Bub, so why not. It was OK, nothing special and I've already deleted it from my kindle. I'm assuming it was an early book so I'm sure she had improved but I won't rush out to buy any more of her books.
